Composers

Composers collect and organize render passes and can do some specific post-processing to create effects in render passes. Each Scene node has the Composer property that determines which composer it uses for rendering the scene. Kanzi Studio includes:

Render passes and composers

When you create a Kanzi Studio project, the Scene node in the project uses the DefaultComposer composer to render its content. You can define how you want Kanzi to render the nodes in your project by creating composers and render passes and setting the order of render passes and specifying the object source in each render pass using filters. See Using object sources.

When rendering nodes in a Scene node, Kanzi collects all render passes in a composer and renders the render passes sequentially, passing the output of a render pass to the next render pass. The final state of the color buffer determines the contents of the frame.
